It has been a difficult Summer Holiday period with regard to our Business and coping with Level 4
However I have to say we are so much more fortunate than our Tourist Businesses on South Coast NSW.
With the Level 4 Water Restrictions our business become very Labour Intensive as far as keeping our boats clean and free from fish scraps and bait.
Water was handcrafted from kitchen and used ever so sparingly. Our Fish cleaning tables were equipped with buckets for use in cleaning fish with Salt Water.
I have to thank our many Customers and Clients for their understanding of this situation and compliment them for their assistance and patience.
Keep posted on the revival of Wallis Lake and the local fishing after the much needed rains recently.
